I’ve support brands like adidas, New Balance, Puma, StockX, Zalando, DefShop, and SNIPES in defining what they stand for, where they belong, and why they matter – aligning business objectives with cultural context and community expectations. This clarity creates relevance that is resilient, not reactive.

Building on this foundation, I provide go-to-market and growth strategy for launches, repositioning, and scale. From entering new markets to evolving existing brand perceptions, I guide brands through strategic decisions that balance ambition with cultural sensitivity and operational reality.

A key differentiator of my consulting approach is network ecosystem design. Through years of work across media, creators, agencies, brands, and cultural institutions, I build bridges, open doors, and connect the right people at the right moment.
